It's time your docs, tasks & AI agents lived in one place;
allow me to build your Notion workspace around them.
(They'll love it!)
Hi, I'm Nart;
Notion Architect & Operator.
I'm a Notion native; building & growing with it for the past 6 years;
Notion Certified Admin. The workspace-management credential; permissions, security, and structure done properly, so your setup scales safely as the team grows.
Notion Academy: AI. Trained to turn your own docs into an assistant that drafts, summarizes, and automates from your context; not the internet's averages.
Notion Academy: Advanced. Certified in Notion's deeper machinery: relational databases, rollups, and formulas; the structural depth that makes a workspace behave like software, not folders.
Notion Academy: Workflows. Trained to automate the busywork: buttons, recurring tasks, and multi-step flows that keep the system running without reminders.
Notion Academy: Essentials. Foundational fluency across every Notion building block; the groundwork everything else is built on. with operator skills to turn vision & strategy into successful operations;
PMP® — Project Management Professional. PMI's global standard for delivering projects on scope, time, and budget; the discipline behind every system I build.
Practical Application of Gen AI for Project Managers (PMI). I've went beyond the AI hype; and I'm taking you with me.
Brightline (PMI). Bridging the gap between strategy design and delivery; turning big-picture strategy into systems that deliver.
Measure What Matters; Succeeding with OKRs. Goal-setting and progress tracking that keeps a workspace pointed at outcomes, not busywork. and above all, an obsession with delivering a 5-star service.
"Nart understands your needs before selling you anything; he treats the project like he's in your shoes. I'll gladly recommend him to anyone who needs Notion services."
How I work
A clear path to a system your team runs with; and a partnership that doesn't end on a contract.
Map
Workflows, team needs & skills, current tools, and the integrations you'll need.
Build
Workspaces, dashboards, KPIs, automations, AI agents, integrations, and workers.
Handover
Training, governance, policies & SOPs, and manuals.
Follow‑up
Evaluate adoption and impact, and fix any gaps.
Ways to work together
Three tracks, depending on where your workspace stands today.
Build & Optimize
For existing or fresh workspaces
Architecture, databases, governance, policies, and knowledge bases; task and project management built in from the start. Whether you're starting from a blank workspace or migrating off scattered tools, it's the same track.
AI Enablement
On top of a workspace that's ready for it
Custom agents, agent skills, Notion workers, and integrations; plus the adoption work that gets your team actually using them.
Training
People, not workspace
I don't touch your setup. I work with your people directly; beginner to expert, with continuous coaching if you need it.
Proof
Working systems with years of daily use:
Tammey's Knowledge Base. Years of a social enterprise's institutional memory, scattered across folders and spreadsheets, rebuilt in Notion as one connected knowledge graph; the team went on to scale its work 3x, with one workflow now running roughly 30x faster because the process was already documented and reusable.

Iradaty's AI-powered knowledge engine. A chatbot captures daily field updates and feeds them into a connected Notion backend; the same knowledge base then drives weekly and monthly reports, project profiles, and funding proposals in Iradaty's own voice. Teams get accurate context on demand, instead of chasing colleagues for it.

A startup's AI-native workspace. As a co-founder in Upskilling Circle, I built Notion into the startup's entire operating layer: research, course development, meeting notes, CRM, proposals, and website content, all connected so Notion AI drafts from our actual work instead of starting from scratch. Assessment submissions flow straight into CRM; meeting notes auto-enrich lead profiles that feed the next proposal.

FAQ
Is Notion the right tool for us?
Not always, and I'll be the first to say so; sometimes the right move is pushing your existing tools further rather than forcing a migration. Diagnosis first, tool second.
What about security and control?
Granular permissions, role-based access, and audit trails are part of the architecture from day one; for larger teams, SSO/SCIM provisioning and domain management.
Will the team actually use it?
Adoption is designed, not hoped for: training, SOPs, and structure through automation. Then we verify it with workspace analytics instead of assuming.
What happens when you leave?
The system is documented, your team is trained, and you own everything. My favorite compliment is a workspace that no longer needs me.
Do you work in Arabic?
Yes; workshops, systems, and documentation in Arabic and English, in person or online.
Let's look at your workspace.
A discovery call costs nothing; you'll leave with at least one concrete improvement, whether we end up working together or not.
My Story
I was building connected knowledge systems on OneNote, then Google Docs, before I had a name for them; linked notes, databases, and wikis stitched together to make knowledge reusable instead of buried. When I found Notion in its early days, it felt like someone had finally built the thing I kept trying to assemble by hand.
So I did what any convert with a teaching instinct does: I advocated. I onboarded colleagues, built workspaces for every team that would let me, and defended databases-over-folders in meeting after meeting; years before "Notion consultant" was a job title anyone recognized.
Strategy is only as good as the system that runs it. Let's build yours.
; Nart
