I build operating systems for people & organizations; systems that bring productivity & quality beyond your imagination, and give people back the space to do what matters.
I’ve seen and worked on some beautiful strategy docs here and there, including ones made by top 5 consulting companies like Kearney & BCG, but rarely saw that beauty reflected in operations; the evidence? organizations kept hiring us to simplify or operationalize those very strategies. So I’ve refined my mission to: getting strategy, knowledge & technology to work together in harmony and productivity. Discovering OKR and Strategy Delivery gave that mission a language; finishing the Measure What Matters course with John Doerr himself gave it a method. I choose my tools like a craftsman, and I love helping others pick & master their own tools (check the testimonials at the bottom). My own workshop runs on Notion & AI; I was building on Notion and advocating for it before it was famous, from personal systems to entire organizational workspaces. In times where shiny tools are flooding the internet, and the daily hype is distracting us from real work, it’s crucial to know that systems aren’t just tools. My experience exceeds a decade of hands-on work in multiple industries and roles from across the MENA & Gulf region.

Services
Personal Systems
For consultants, researchers & independent professionals
Your work deserves a system that fits you; not a template.
Productivity isn’t a hard science; it’s personal and dynamic, shifting with life itself: marriage, parenthood, working in a team, going solo (I’ve rebuilt my own system through every one of those). I coach knowledge workers to build systems informed by the research but designed around their reality. We craft all the layers together: principles, practices & tools; from task management to deep work routines to progress reviews. You leave with a working system built to adapt, not a list of advice.

Organizational Systems
For NGOs & businesses whose strategy lives in documents
Strategy is only as good as the system that runs it.
I help organizations turn strategy documents into living, measurable execution systems. That means building knowledge bases, OKR & MEAL dashboards, digital workspaces, and workflows; so your team stops drowning in docs and starts operating with clarity. It starts with a diagnosis, not a tool pitch; I map how work actually flows before proposing anything.

Workshops & Training
For teams & communities
Practical. Participatory. Built for your context.
I design and facilitate workshops on productivity, data management, volunteer management, and structured reflection (think Annual Reviews); for teams, organizations, and public communities. Every session is hands-on, bilingual-ready, and designed to leave participants with something they can use the next day.

What I Did
Portfolio
A selection of systems and programs I've designed and delivered across the MENA region.
DPA OKR Dashboard
OKR System · Government Agency
A governmental agency needed to track OKRs across 9 departments; but years of shared-spreadsheet chaos had made reporting slow, inconsistent, and largely ignored. The teams refused to leave Excel, so I leaned in and pushed it far beyond its usual limits: isolated workbooks per team, comprehensive validation that made Excel behave like an app, automated consolidation into a master table, and a near-live dashboard for leadership; all without a single new tool or relying on training.

Iradaty Bot
AI Reporting Workflow · Humanitarian NGO
A small humanitarian NGO team was drowning in scattered field updates across messages, screenshots, and voice notes. Weekly reporting consumed leadership time and still missed patterns. Instead of forcing a new system, I built an AI-assisted reporting workflow on top of the team's existing chat-based habits: incoming updates are automatically structured into standardized personal, departmental, and management reports, all stored in Notion as a searchable organizational memory.
Libyan legal documents exist as dense Arabic text with no reliable way to query them. I built a production-grade conversational chatbot that answers Arabic legal questions by citing the exact relevant articles from a body of 6,000+ legal articles. The system combines hybrid retrieval (semantic embeddings + Arabic-aware BM25 via Farasa), query reformulation for better recall, semantic caching for speed and cost, and multi-turn dialogue with grounded-answer enforcement that doesn’t hallucinate.
A lean, multinational nonprofit needed to professionalize its knowledge and digital systems without a dedicated tech team. Over 5 years, I built the organization's knowledge base in Notion, managed development of two web platforms (Tammey.org and MeenaAcademy.org), delivered strategy and M&E systems to 4+ nonprofit clients, contributed to 5+ research projects, and led a cultural shift toward digital-first knowledge work across the team.

Iradaty Charity Association
Organizational Development · Humanitarian NGO · Syria
A humanitarian NGO with 13 years of crisis-era work needed to professionalize fast on a minimal budget. I covered three interlocking fronts: built the first financial management policy aligned with international donor standards, developed the media team from informal to structured with weekly plans and performance reporting, led website development and content strategy for iradaty.org, built an AI-powered field reporting bot, and wrote multiple funding proposals for international donors.

Founder's Launchpad
Multi-venture Workspace · Serial Founder
A friend launching several businesses needed one place to run them all. I host and operate a workspace where every venture shares the same machinery: projects, sprints, backlogs, and notes; so starting venture number four costs a template, not a migration.
One structure serving every venture: projects, sprints, backlogs, notes
Hosted and administered by me; the founder founds, the system runs
New venture spin-up in minutes from shared templates
One review routine across all ventures instead of one per venture
AI Proposal Studio
Notion AI · Proposal Writing · Humanitarian NGO
Iradaty's proposals used to start from a blank page. I unified project details, team bios, and past proposals into one hub, then put Notion AI on top of it; new proposals now draft themselves from the organization's own material, roughly 10x more efficiently, in the organization's own voice.
10xDrafting Efficiency
One hub: project details, team bios, and every past proposal
Notion AI drafts grounded in the organization's own material, not generic text
Consistent structure and voice across every submission
Leadership reviews instead of writes; hours become minutes
NexDonor (Nonprofit OS)
Donor-relationship OS · Nonprofits
NexDonor (Nonprofit OS) is a donor-relationship operating system for nonprofits. It supports the lifecycle from targeting the right funders, to winning trust with governed proposals, to keeping trust post-award through evidence collection and reporting readiness.
Built around workflow, context, and traceability—so fundraising compounds into long-term partnerships, not isolated submissions.

What Clients & Colleagues Say
Testimonials
The sessions with Nart were great. The discussions were invigorating and helped me understand new findings and research on productivity that are science-based and verified — not merely rehashing of common sense. What I most appreciated was the follow-up reading material of verified, science-based sources.
Thank you for the good and useful services you provide. I and everyone who works with me at the association have benefited from them. They help us organize our work and connect all areas of work together. The chatbot and reminders are excellent, since we are immersed in work and often forget about the report. Thank you.
Nart tries to understand your needs before trying to sell you anything. Then, he'll give you examples of what you need to confirm you're both on the same page. He treats the project like he's in your shoes and suggests improvements and alternative ways to handle your needs, which is super appreciated. He's always ready to answer and provide support throughout the whole project. I'll gladly come back in the future and recommend him to anyone who needs similar services.
I had two great [productivity coaching] sessions where we discussed the most critical aspects for me. The practical steps and the suggested software were most helpful.
The delivery style was perfectly clear and flexible to wherever our discussion went. It was very helpful to have someone who understands productivity tell me that some of the things I do are already good habits. Understanding the type of work I do — deep work — so I can be more effective at managing my time.
What I genuinely appreciated was the ability to extract the information and the approach I had in mind, and place it into the right format without any forced effort; in a clear and deliberate way. Also, presenting through real stories made me stop and think seriously about how to choose the right story to explain any idea, even a complex one. Thank you, Nart, for your wonderful initiatives, your patience, and your dedication and craftsmanship in everything you do.
Let's build your system.
Whether you're an individual looking for clarity, an organization in need of structure, or a team ready to learn; I'd love to hear what you're working on.
